Refund
$75 of the fee is non-refundable
If a request for refund of the remaining fee is made 7 days or fewer before the beginning of a course, a refund will not be granted unless the participants spot is able to be filled
In the event that a participant cannot attend due to serious illness that will result in missing more than one week, they can receive a voucher for $75 % of the value that can pay towards another class in the future. The participant will need to notify the instructor before the class begins
Cancellations
If a workshop is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the instructor, facilities or low enrolment, a %100 refund will be granted to registered participants
Weather
Classes will not be canceled unless the weather conditions are quite serious. If a class is canceled, an additional make-up class will be provided. The date will be agreed upon by the students.
